"How quickly do you ship orders?"

In most cases, orders are shipped within 24 hours via USPS, but please allow 5-10 days for delivery.

"Do you offer local pickup?"

Sometimes! If it is eligible and available, you will see an option to select "Local Pickup" instead of shipping when placing your order. Please wait for a confirmation email letting you know your order is ready to be picked up in Evans, GA. In most cases, eligible orders are ready for pickup within 24 hours. 

Please note: Washington and Mane is a home-based business so local pickup will be at a residential location.

"What is your return policy?"

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused/unworn in original packaging with tags attached. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Please email washingtonandmane@gmail.com to request a return, and include your order number, items being returned and reason for return.

"Do you have a brick and mortar store?"

No. Our products are available for purchase on our website. Some items are available for local pickup in Evans, GA. Address for pickup will be provided after your order is placed. We also love horse shows and other pop-up opportunities! If you are interested in having us at your event or farm, please email washingtonandmane@gmail.com to check availability.
